Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities via cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Present product demonstrations and solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and resilience in the face of rejection.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
