Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively articulate value propositions to potential clients.
- Qualify leads through discovery calls to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Close sales deals within the sales cycle, negotiating contracts and managing the deal pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce/Salesloft).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting and improve lead quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales dialer tools.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
