Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through various channels.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention.
- Present product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
- Accurately record all client interactions and data in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a desire to earn uncapped income.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
