Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling platforms.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, pipeline status, and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules to secure agreements and close deals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of proven experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or a related field (B2B experience highly preferred).
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas in previous roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections and handle rejections.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
