Responsibilities
- Prospect & Engage: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Closing: Present tailored product solutions to prospects, address objections, and close deals to meet monthly revenue quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in our Salesforce CRM.
- Lead Qualification: Assess potential client needs and determine fit to ensure we are focusing on the highest-value opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and feedback loops.
- Reporting: Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help shape our sales approach.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school diploma required.
