Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with lead generation efforts.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
