Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients to meet their business needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and account management.
- Accurately enter and update customer data and sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
