Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through CRM platforms and targeted outreach campaigns
- Build relationships with prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and pain points
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Exceed weekly/monthly sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction
- Document interactions and update sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun 8AM-4PM CST)
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in weekend shift environment
- Strong time management and self-motivation
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client visits
