Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Build rapport with prospects to understand pain points and present tailored solutions
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas using Salesforce and outreach tools
- Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate pricing agreements

Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote-first environments
