Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through strategic outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build deep client relationships while presenting tailored solution demonstrations
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas using Salesforce CRM and sales methodologies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide actionable market insights
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecast reporting
- Develop product expertise to position solutions against client pain points
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with B2B SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
