Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Qualify incoming leads and schedule appointments for senior account executives.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients using our CRM software.
- Present product demonstrations and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Track daily progress and meet weekly sales targets.
- Update customer records and ensure data accuracy in the database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer literacy and CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
