Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations to enterprise clients
- Track sales activities and pipeline metrics in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly sales training and professional development programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS or technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in consultative selling and value proposition development
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license required for occasional client meetings
