Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted campaigns
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets ($50K+ monthly quota)
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting
- Develop deep product knowledge to consultative sell SaaS solutions
- Participate in weekly sales strategy workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside/sales experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and sales automation tools
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
