Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and strategic prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting tailored solutions to complex business needs
- Exceed monthly sales targets by effectively utilizing Salesforce and our proprietary CRM platform
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand client pain points and align solutions
- Present compelling product demonstrations and negotiate win-win agreements
- Track all sales activities and maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and sales automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify opportunities and overcome objections
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or fintech products highly desirable
