Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
- Present product solutions and close deals to achieve/exceed monthly quotas
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns
- Update and maintain CRM data with accurate client information and activity logs
- Analyze sales metrics and adjust tactics to optimize conversion rates
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
