Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospective customers via phone and email to generate new sales leads.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Update CRM systems with accurate customer information, call logs, and follow-up activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve objections professionally to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Must be available to work the night shift (shift details to be discussed).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
