Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demos and tailored proposals
- Collaborate with marketing to nurture leads and optimize sales funnels
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through strategic account planning
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce and provide weekly performance insights
- Partner with product team to relay customer feedback and market trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot
- Exceptional communication skills with consultative selling approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales metrics and client needs
