Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Present and demonstrate product solutions aligned with customer needs
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities and forecast sales accurately
- Partner with customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven quota attainment
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Track record of exceeding sales targets in high-growth environments
- Strong analytical skills to identify customer pain points and tailor solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in SaaS or fintech industry highly preferred
