Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and needs-based solutions
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) to track sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and messaging
- Present compelling product demonstrations tailored to prospect pain points
- Close deals efficiently while ensuring exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven inside sales experience with B2B SaaS or technology solutions
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas with uncapped commission structures
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
