Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound calling and email campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while managing a robust sales pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute multi-channel sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document activities, track performance, and forecast sales
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Provide competitive insights and feedback to inform product development and pricing strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven inside sales experience in SaaS or technology solutions
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and other CRM platforms
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in high-volume environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience selling into DC/Maryland/Virginia commercial markets
- Ability to thrive in a remote-hybrid work model with 2 office days/week in Arlington
- Valid US work authorization and ability to pass standard background check
