Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calling and digital outreach
- Build rapport with prospects to understand their business needs
- Present product solutions and close sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce CRM

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Participate in ongoing product training workshops
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Goal-oriented with strong work ethic

- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
