Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively communicating product value propositions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine sales strategies and optimize lead conversion
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to position solutions effectively
- Develop customized proposals and negotiate win-win agreements with key decision-makers
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or lead generation experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas with uncapped commission structures
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in target-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
