Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual meetings and demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets using Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Document all interactions in CRM system and provide weekly sales reports
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Valid work authorization in the US
