Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately
- Conduct product demonstrations and overcome objections effectively
- Participate in ongoing training to master industry trends and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and team offsites
