Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through multi-channel prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative needs analysis for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with Account Executives to manage complex sales cycles and close deals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales pipeline reports
- Continuously refine sales scripts and processes based on market feedback
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience in SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500k+ annual volume)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong analytical mindset for identifying client pain points and objections
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
