Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through multi-channel outreach including email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales calls to enterprise clients
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline exceeding $500K quarterly
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for accurate pipeline management and reporting
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master product knowledge
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets ($250K+ annually)
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Outreach/Outreach.io)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret customer pain points
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environment preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
