Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while exceeding monthly sales targets
- Present product solutions via virtual demos and tailored value propositions
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize sales funnels
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline activity and forecast accurately
- Master product knowledge to address technical and business client objections
- Participate in quarterly sales strategy planning and training initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with SaaS or technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Experience working in remote/hybrid sales environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
