- Make 50+ outbound daily calls to generate new leads and close sales
- Present product solutions to potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
- Exceed weekly/monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies
- Attend weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old and enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Outstanding verbal communication and active listening skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Self-motivated with strong goal orientation and resilience
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team setting
