Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting and lead generation via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Present product solutions to potential clients through personalized demos
- Manage and update CRM pipeline with accurate activity logs
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaign optimization
- Meet/exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in daily team huddles and ongoing training
- Develop objection-handling techniques and closing strategies
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product features and benefits
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with high school enrollment or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and basic software
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls daily
- Basic math skills for pricing calculations
- Available for 20-25 hours weekly (afternoons/evenings)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies
