Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while demonstrating product expertise
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets through strategic account management
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce) to track sales activities and pipeline

Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection constructively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
- Must be comfortable with evening/weekend occasional events
