Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting product solutions
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize sales strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas using Salesforce and other tools
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle client inquiries with professionalism
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecast projections
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with proven track record
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
