Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads using BANT framework and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Present product demos to enterprise clients in the healthcare/finance verticals
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with 120%+ achievement rate
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and forecast accurately
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills with enterprise-level clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Experience with sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
