Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality business leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Present product and service solutions to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries professionally.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to qualify leads and optimize sales funnels.
- Close sales, negotiate terms, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software tools.
