Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and email campaigns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce CRM
- Present product demonstrations and close deals within assigned territory
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ activity quotas
- Provide competitive analysis and market intelligence to product team
- Attend quarterly sales training and certification programs
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology focus
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Associate degree or equivalent sales certification preferred
