Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnership and retention
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and overcome objections effectively
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance metrics
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and maintain accurate client records
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or inside sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
