Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demos and tailored proposals
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ call activity metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead conversion
- Update and maintain CRM records with accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and training workshops
- Track performance metrics using Salesforce and HubSpot platforms
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales or SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline forecasting and reporting
- Authorization to work in the United States
