Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce
- Develop deep product expertise to consult with clients on solutions
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and activity tracking
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience in B2B tech or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
