Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify new business opportunities within a defined territory.
- Presentation: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients to address their specific needs.
- Closing: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and pipeline activities in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Client Retention: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, inside sales, or customer service (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and MS Office Suite.
- Drive: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings.
