Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Present tailored product demonstrations showcasing our cutting-edge SaaS solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Document all sales activities accurately in Salesforce and generate performance reports
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape to position solutions effectively
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and match solutions effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
