Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media prospecting
- Qualify leads and conduct product demonstrations to align solutions with client needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Document all sales activities and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
