Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs
- Present product solutions and close sales deals while meeting/exceeding monthly quotas
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and maintain accurate records
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote-friendly setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly desirable
