Responsibilities
- Generate new business through multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs
- Present product solutions and close sales deals remotely
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain CRM records and track sales metrics weekly
- Participate in team training to master product knowledge
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Experience in SaaS or energy tech preferred
