Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored solutions to potential clients via virtual demos
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity reports
- Develop deep product knowledge to address technical inquiries

Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience in SaaS/tech industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to thrive in remote/hybrid work environment
