Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects to ensure consistent revenue flow.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Accurately log all interactions and customer data into our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly preferred).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
