Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual demos and consultations
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Develop deep expertise in our SaaS platform to address client needs effectively
- Participate in weekly training sessions to sharpen sales techniques
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales or relevant experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
