Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound leads via phone, email, and CRM automation
- Develop tailored solutions to address client needs and pain points
- Execute full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce
- Exceed monthly KPIs for conversion rates and revenue targets
- Participate in weekly team training and best practice sharing
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency with sales enablement tools (Outreach, Gong, etc.)
