Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule demos with potential customers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects within the CRM system.
- Present product demos and conduct needs analysis to close deals over the phone.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field (strong graduates encouraged).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
