Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify potential business opportunities.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our solutions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and tailor our offerings to solve their specific business challenges.
- Closing Deals: Navigate the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and successful deal closure.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales or lead generation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly preferred.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
