Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic outreach
- Develop and maintain deep product expertise to consultatively address client needs
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to document all client interactions and pipeline activity
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Present compelling product demonstrations and virtual solutions to prospective clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven inside sales experience with measurable quota attainment
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation skills with track record of closing enterprise deals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or enterprise software preferred
