Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and emails
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Present product solutions aligned with client needs and pain points
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions and manage pipelines
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license (occasional client visits required)
